Social media is the most useful tool for businesses regarding consumers. It helps to promote and influence on people for consuming actions. Social media allows companies to keep track of the data of numerous clients by the access it gives them to analyze their data and helps them create some plan of action toward a business. One of the tools that provide this is called "big data". Big data is used to determine the surge of the numerous digital data available. As chapter 6 of the textbook explains, "i t is generally considered an evolution of analytics and refers to 'datasets whose size is beyond the ability of typical database software tools to capture, store, manage, and analyze'".
